Recipe: Cranberry Kiss Cocktail

Enjoying a weekend evening with this cocktail is surely going to drive you crazy. That is why I have named it "Cranberry Kiss". It is very easy to prepare at home and you will surely fall in love with it!

Ingredients (Serves for 2):

1. Cardamon pods- 8 pieces.
2. Cinamon sticks (4 inches nearly)- 4 pieces.
3. Cloves (whole)- 12 pieces.
4. Cranberry juice concentrate (frozen)- 1 can (nearly 11.5-12 ounces).
5. Red Wine- 4 cups.
6. Honey-1/3 cup.
7. Cranberries, Oranges or Green Apple slices for garnishing.

Method:

You have to cut a 6-inch square from a double thickness of cotton cheesecloth to make a spice bag for the mixture.
Pinch the cardamom pods to break into small pieces. Then center the cardamom, cinnamon and cloves on the cheesecloth, bring up the corners and tie closed with clean kitchen string.

In a 3 1/2-to-6-quart slow cooker, you have to mix the cranberry juice concentrate with water according to the directions on the can. Stir in the wine and honey well into it. Then add the spice bag. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours or on high 2-2.5 hours. Remove and discard the spice bag. Serve the punch into tall glasses and garnish with Cranberries, Oranges or Green Apple slices. Njoy it!
